Fine cocoa and hints of black licorice. Memories of the Woods
juniper
and thyme around this unique plot.
- Mouth: ripe fruit and black plum. Subtle
balsamic with licorice and blackberries. The finish is a memory of a landscape
with a strong presence of the land where this plot grows. A ferruginous soil
rich in silica and mica which gives finesse and elegance.

NOTES:
- Colour: High, Very intense, with dark
background and purple layer.
- Nose: Lots of aromas. Many red and black
fruits intermixed. Subtle touch of scrubland. Salen licorice memories attached
to hints of smokes.
- Palate: powerful attack, velvety elegant
from start to finish. With minerality and volume in the mouth, and memories of
blackberries intermixed with subtle chocolate and balsamic reminiscent of thyme
and scrubland surrounding the vineyard.
