The young
winemaker David Sebastian Burgos decided to embark on creating your own wine, a
young and aging, with grapes from vineyards that his family has in Olmedillo
Roa, Ribera del Duero.
Production
is limited and entirely handmade because the grapes are selected with care and
all bottles carry their corresponding numbers as a seal of quality. In
addition, the fruit is picked by hand and transported to the hopper for
grinding in boxes of 15 kilograms avoiding road dust.
